Meditation is training your mind to relax, be still and to focus.  It gives a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.

Guided meditation has all the same benefits but is led by an instructor.  The instructor will lead you through mental images and visualizations.  The purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing.

Some of the numerous benefits of meditation include reduced stress and anxiety, better focus, concentration, improved sleep, improved immune function, decreased pain, lower blood pressure and many more.

Systematic Relaxation Therapy aims to reduce physical and psychological tension and promote relaxation.  The therapy involves a combination of deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and visualization techniques to help individuals achieve a state of deep relaxation.

Some of the benefits of systematic relaxation therapy include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, reduced symptoms of depression, pain management, improved immune function, reduced inflammation, lower blood pressure, improved heart health, increased focus and concentration.

Healing Yoga can be beneficial for a variety of health conditions including chronic pain, arthritis, back pain, anxiety, depression and insomnia.  It can also be helpful for individuals who are recovering from illness or injury, or who are dealing with physical and emotional effects of trauma.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing.

Here are some of the benefits of Reiki for health:  Reduced symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, helps alleviate physical pain including chronic conditions, improved sleep, boosted immunity, increased energy and so much more.
